Fair Trade Constructions Private Limited is based out of Nakshatra Layout, which is near Kothanur Post. Our spot is Site No. 23 on II Cross. It is a developing area, so there is always some noise and dust around from all the new buildings, which fits what we do anyway. We have been working out of this location for a while now. The team is mostly local guys who know how things work in this part of Bangalore. We do not put on any airs or pretend to be some huge international firm. We are just builders who show up and do the work that needs doing. The office is pretty basic, just a place to keep the files and meet with people. Most of the time we are actually out at the sites in and around Kothanur. It is a lot of physical work and managing people on the ground, but we like it. Sometimes the weather gets in the way or a delivery is late, but that is just how the construction business goes. We chose the name because we wanted to be straight with people about what things cost and how the work is going. We do not have a big sales team; usually, you just talk to the person in charge when you call the office. It is simple and it works for us and the people we build for. The layout is quiet enough that we can get some planning done.
