F4PR Constructions (OPC) Private Limited is based over in CV Raman Nagar. Our address is No. 76, 310/2, on the 6th Main, 1st Cross in K G Pura. Being a one-person company means I wear a lot of different hats throughout the day. One minute I’m looking at some masonry work, and the next I’m trying to figure out why a shipment of cement is late. Bangalore is a big city, but K G Pura feels a bit more like a proper neighborhood. The office is at number 76, and it’s a fairly modest place. I don't see the point in spending a lot of money on a fancy office when most of the real work happens out at the building sites anyway. The 560093 area is a good hub for us. There are always people looking to renovate or start something new. I’ve lived in Bangalore for a long time, so I know how the weather and the traffic can mess up a schedule. I just try to be realistic about what can be done in a day. I don't use those big words or make promises that I can't keep. It’s just me doing my best to get these construction projects finished on time. It can be stressful, but seeing a project go from a sketch to a real structure is worth it. It’s just a normal business trying to do things the right way.
