Exponential Realis Llp

Exponential Realis Llp is tucked away in 003, Siri Habitat. We are part of the Pearl Garden Layout in Sy 56. To find us, you usually have to head down Holiday Village Road in Vajarahalli. It’s a bit of a quiet corner in Konanakunte, which is nice because we can actually hear ourselves think. We started this because we saw how much the neighborhood was growing and thought we could help out with the property side of things. Our office isn't big, just a ground floor unit where we keep our files and meet folks who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. We aren't the type to wear suits every day. Most of the time, we’re out walking around the plots or checking on different layouts in the area. It’s a lot of walking and talking, really. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and look at maps, but other days everyone wants something at once. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us who know this part of Bangalore pretty well. We’ve seen the roads get paved and the trees get replaced by buildings over the years. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood’s history now. We just try to be straightforward with people and not use too many big words that don't mean anything. It’s a small operation but it keeps us busy enough to keep the lights on and the tea brewing.
