We are right near the water tank, which is a big landmark in this neighborhood. The building is just a regular one, nothing fancy about it. We have been here for a couple of years now. Since we deal with organics and naturals, our space is always filled with the smell of different grains and spices. It’s a lot of work to keep everything separated and clean, but that is what we do all day. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like it. It’s more like a workshop where everyone chips in. We don't have a dedicated sales team or a fancy office setup. Usually, we are just in our work clothes moving bags around or checking the inventory. Kathriguppe is a nice place to be, it has a good community feel. Sometimes the neighbors come by to see what we are doing, and we just show them the bags. It is a very hands-on business. We don't have a lot of time for long meetings or planning. We just see what needs to be done and we do it. It’s simple, maybe a bit messy at times, but it is our business and we're proud of it. We always keep a few spare umbrellas near the door for the rain.
