Esteem Kings Dwelling Private Limited

Our place is in Sadashivnagar, over at Sns Chambers on Sankey Road. We are in Unit 33 on the third floor. It’s a nice enough building, No. 239, and it’s been around for a bit. Esteem Kings Dwelling is the name we use for our company. We mostly deal with residential stuff, like helping people find houses or managing apartments. Sankey Road can get really crowded, especially during peak hours, so we usually try to get in early. The office is comfortable, not too big or too small. We have a few windows that look out over the trees in the neighborhood. Sadashivnagar is a quiet part of Bangalore compared to others, which we like. Most of our work involves checking on properties and making sure the maintenance is being done right. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the local market pretty well. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what the situation is with a property. Sometimes we have to go out and inspect things ourselves when a pipe leaks or a wall needs painting. It’s part of the daily routine. If you are near Sankey Road, you can drop by, though we are out at sites quite often. We’ve been at this address for several years now and it feels like home. We just do what we can to help people settle in. It works well.
