Running a brewing-related business from an apartment unit has its own set of challenges. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork, samples, and coordinating with suppliers. It’s not a big industrial space; it’s more of an office and a small storage area. The apartment building is generally quiet, though the traffic in R R Nagar can be a nightmare during peak hours. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here trying to build something. Sometimes the living room area gets taken over by boxes and we have to step over things to get to the desk. We don't have a professional receptionist or a shiny lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our computers or talking on our mobiles. We try to keep things professional but it’s definitely a more relaxed, human environment. We make mistakes, we forget to order office supplies sometimes, and we definitely drink too much tea. It’s just how it is when you’re starting out or keeping things small. We’re just honest people working in a regular apartment in Karnataka. We don't have any big promises, just the work we do every day. It might not look like a fancy business from the outside, but we are here.
