You can find us over in Jayanagar, specifically on the 4th floor of Raj Complex. The address is 52/A, right there on 7th B Main Road in the 4th Block. It’s one of those buildings that’s been around for a bit, and we’ve made our home here at Essence Realty Llp. Jayanagar is a nice area to work in, very green and mostly quiet compared to other parts of the city. We have a small office up here. There’s an elevator but sometimes it’s faster to take the stairs if you’re only going up a few floors. We don't have many employees, just a handful of us who manage the daily operations. Most days are spent looking over contracts or talking to people about local listings. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of files. We like being in the 4th Block because the market is close by and there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just show up, do the work, and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a practical way to run things. The traffic on 7th B Main can get a bit tight during the evenings, but during the day it’s quite alright. We’ve been in this spot long enough that the shopkeepers downstairs know us.
