We are constantly managing different project schedules and making sure all the pieces are moving in the right direction. Because we are in such a central location, we get people coming in and out all day long for meetings or to drop off paperwork. The office is functional and gets the job done. It’s got enough space for our team to sit down and work through the details of the various infrastructure works we have on our plate. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders; we just focus on the tasks at hand. Working in this part of the city has its challenges, like the lack of parking and the constant noise, but it puts us right where we need to be. Most of the people here have been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm going.
