It’s a big responsibility, but we take it day by day. The office is usually a bit chaotic with people coming in and out from different sites. We aren't really into the whole polished corporate look. We just need a place to coordinate the trucks and the materials. Karnataka is growing, and there is always a road to fix or a bridge to think about. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to engineers. It’s not all office work though. Most of us spend half the week out in the sun at the actual project locations.
