Eleganza Properties Private Limited

We're over at Club Meadows in Hulimavu. It’s a busy area but we like it here at the House of Hiranandani complex. Basically, we handle property stuff under the name Eleganza Properties Private Limited. It’s just a few of us working out of the office on the 14th floor of the B block. We spend most of our time looking at floor plans or talking to people about where they want to live next. It isn't always glamorous work, and sometimes it’s just sorting through piles of paperwork or making sure the keys are where they should be for a viewing. We’ve been around the Hulimavu area for a bit now and know the local roads pretty well. If you come by, you’ll see we keep things pretty casual. There’s usually some coffee going and someone on the phone. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a desk and some chairs where we get things done. Managing apartments and figuring out who goes where keeps us on our toes every day. The traffic near the main gate can be a real pain in the afternoon, but once you're inside the Meadows it's alright. We try to keep it straightforward with everyone who walks through the door because that's just how we prefer to work. It’s a job like any other, focused on finding space for people in the city. Most days are just spent trying to keep everything organized.
