You can find us in Whitefield, right near the post office. We are located at 82-83-88 Borewell Road. This part of Bangalore has changed so much lately. It used to be quiet, but now it’s full of apartments and tech parks. We run a restaurant business under the name Edacity Resto. It’s a lot of work. The kitchen gets really hot, especially in the afternoons. We are an LLP, so we are a small group of partners. We spend our days managing the staff and making sure the supplies are coming in on time. Borewell Road is always busy. Finding parking is a nightmare for everyone. We see a lot of people from the nearby offices coming in for a quick bite. We don't have a big corporate team. It's just us on the ground every day. Sometimes the plumbing leaks or the oven acts up. We fix it ourselves and keep going. We don't try to be the fanciest place in town. We just want to serve food that tastes okay and keep the place clean. The 560048 area is very competitive, but we have our regulars who keep us going. We like the energy of Whitefield. It keeps us on our toes and makes the long days feel a bit shorter. We’re just local people trying to make a living in the food industry. It’s not glamorous, but we like it.
