You can find us at No. 25 in Nowkalpalya Village, which is out near Kaggalipura. It’s a bit outside the main rush of Bangalore, so it feels a lot quieter here than in the city center. We’ve set up Eagles Academy for Personality Development in this spot because it gives us a bit more room to breathe. The air is slightly better and there isn't as much horn-honking outside our windows. We’re a small operation, mostly just a few rooms where we sit and plan things out. The village setting means we know our neighbors and it feels more like a community than a business district. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or we have to deal with the typical local issues you get outside the main city zones, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent talking to students or figuring out new ways to help people with their personal growth. We don't have a polished lobby or a front desk person in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk with a notepad and a pen. It’s a simple setup, but it’s where we do our best thinking and planning. We usually bring our own lunch or find something very local nearby to eat. It’s a practical way to run things, and being out in Kaggalipura suits the way we like to work without too much unnecessary pressure from the city life.
