Eagle Plains Properties Llp

We’re over in the Sigma Tech Park, specifically in the Delta Block. We have space on both the 7th and 8th floors. It’s a big building near Ramagondanahalli, right on the Whitefield Road. Being in Varthur means we are right in the middle of all the tech stuff happening in Bangalore. Eagle Plains Properties Llp is the name on the door, but we’re just a group of people who know a lot about real estate. The tech park is always buzzing with people, which can be a bit much sometimes. We have some good views from the 8th floor, though. You can see the traffic crawling along Whitefield Road for miles. We spend our days talking to people looking for places to stay or invest. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls. The air conditioning in the building is usually too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks. We aren't some fancy high-pressure sales office. We just show people what’s available and let them decide. There are a lot of cafes downstairs, so we usually head there for lunch. It’s a busy environment, but we try to keep our corner of it calm. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the whole area change so much. It’s interesting to be part of that growth, even if it’s just in a small way from our office. We try to keep things grounded. It isn't always easy with all the noise, but we manage to stay focused.
