Our place, Dwaitha Infracon Private Limited, is situated at No C-143 in the 2nd Stage of Peenya Industrial Estate. If you know Bangalore at all, you know Peenya is where a lot of the heavy lifting happens. It’s a busy, noisy, and industrial part of the city, and we’ve been right in the thick of it for a while now. The office isn’t anything special to look at, just a functional space in a big industrial block. We’re surrounded by factories and workshops, so there is always a lot of activity outside our doors. It’s the kind of place where you wear boots rather than fancy shoes. We spend most of our time coordinating different bits of work and making sure things are on track. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans going to keep us sane. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We’re just a group of people trying to make a living and get our projects finished. It’s practical work and it requires a practical mindset. Being in Bengaluru-560058 means we are close to our suppliers and other shops, which makes things easier. We just do our thing here and don't worry too much about the rest. It's a gritty area, but it's where we belong.
