You can find us at KHM Layout in Bangalore North. We’re in Flat 202 on the 2nd floor of building number 43. It’s a residential-feeling area, which we like because it keeps us close to the properties we actually deal with. DVU Property isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. We’re just a few people working out of this flat. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. Most of our time is taken up by checking on property titles and meeting with local folks. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We spend our mornings going over the latest updates and our afternoons out in the field. We don't believe in using big words or confusing people with real estate jargon. We just explain things simply. If a deal is good, we say so, and if it has problems, we point those out too. It’s just more honest that way. Sometimes the internet at the office acts up, so we end up doing things the old-fashioned way. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. We’ve seen this layout grow and change over the years. We’re just here to help people navigate the property world without making it more difficult than it needs to be. It’s been our main focus for quite a long time now.
