Dveep Resorts Private Limited is tucked away in Yelahanka. We’re actually operating out of Duo Marvel, Layout, specifically at number 52, c/o Jyoti Panigrahi. Yelahanka has grown so much lately, but our corner is still relatively calm. We started this because we wanted to do something in the resort business that felt more personal. It’s not a huge corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a home-based setup where we get things done. We spend our days on the phone or working on the computer, trying to coordinate everything. Sometimes the dog next door barks too much during calls, but that’s just part of being in a residential layout. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to make sure our resort projects are moving along. The commute to the city center is a pain, so we’re glad we are based out here in the north. People around here know us as the folks working on the resorts. We keep things pretty low-key. It’s about doing the work and making sure the details are sorted. Sometimes we get stuck behind a tractor on the main road, but that’s Yelahanka for you. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a small operation, but we put in the hours to make it work. Every now and then, the power goes out, but we just wait it out until it comes back.
