We’ve been here in Bangalore for a while now. Our office is over on the first floor at MCECHS Layout. It's not a fancy place, but it works for what we do. Dealing with infrastructure means a lot of time out at sites, but this is where we handle the paperwork. Dr. S.R.K. Nagar is a quiet enough spot. We started Duristar Infrastructure Private Limited because there’s always something being built in this city. It keeps us busy. Sometimes the traffic getting to the office is a pain, but that's just Bangalore for you. We just get on with the work. Most of the time, we're looking at drawings or talking to vendors. It’s not glamorous at all. We’ve got a small team here. Everyone knows their job and we don't need much supervising. We try to keep things straightforward. No point overcomplicating the projects we take on. People around here know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. It’s just us doing our bit in the local construction scene. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot since we set up at No 147. It’s a decent area and we like being based here. Most days start early and end late, especially when there are deadlines to meet. That’s just how this business goes. We don't spend much on ads. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or seeing our boards at work sites. We just keep our heads down and work.
