Our office is right next to the Klassic Benchmark Apartments over in Kalena Agrahara. If you know Bannerghatta Road, you know it can get pretty stuck with traffic, especially near the SOS Post. We’ve spent many hours just sitting in that traffic trying to get back to the desk. The building we are in is easy to find if you’re looking for it. Inside, things are usually a bit messy because we always have samples of materials and site maps lying around. We don’t really go for that polished corporate look because that’s just not who we are. It’s a small team here. Most of us have been in this industry for years and we’ve seen how this part of Bengaluru has grown up around us. We get our lunch from the small places nearby and usually eat while talking about upcoming schedules. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a mess, but we just keep going. It’s a practical space for practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or checking in on how things are moving at different locations. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just show up every day, open the shutters, and get to work on the next project. It feels good to be part of the neighborhood here. We are just regular people trying to build things that last.
