Drsti Digital Initiatives Llp is located in Kumara Park, specifically at West Extension No. 3 in the 5th Block. We are on the 3rd Main Road, which is a pretty well-known part of Bangalore. This area still has some of those old trees and a bit of a relaxed feeling compared to the newer parts of the city. Our office is a simple setup within this neighborhood. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. It’s just an LLP where a few of us work on digital initiatives. Most days involve us sitting together and figuring out how to get things done. We don't have formal uniforms or strict rules about how to sit. It’s an informal atmosphere. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share in the afternoon. We use everyday English and talk like regular people because that’s what we are. The office has plenty of light coming in from the windows, which is nice. We’ve been in Kumara Park for a while and we like the pace here. When the work gets a bit much, we take a break and walk down the street for some fresh air. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just have our tasks and we finish them at our own speed. There are no big mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where work happens in a quiet, steady way for all of us.
