DREAMSPACE PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’ve got our small office at No. 122 on the 6th Cross in CSB Layout. That is over in the Kasavanahalli area. It’s a bit of a growing part of the city, so there is always a lot of dust and new buildings popping up on every street. Dreamspace Projects is basically just our team working out of this space. We spend the majority of our time out on the field at different sites, but this office is where we meet up to plan out the next steps. The 6th Cross is usually quiet enough compared to the main roads nearby. We don't have a big receptionist area or a waiting room filled with old magazines. You just walk right in and we are probably all on our phones or looking at some project sketches. We have been doing these projects for a while now. It’s just regular people here trying to build things properly. Sometimes we end up staying late when we have a big deadline coming up. We know most of the neighbors around CSB Layout by now. It is a nice little community to be part of. We didn't want to move to a big high-rise office because it feels too disconnected from the actual physical work we do. Here at the layout, we can see the ground and talk to the people walking by. It is just more practical for us. We handle all the design and the management side of the projects. Things don't always go perfectly, but we fix the problems.
