DRA Real Properties LLP

We’re located in Queens Corner on Queens Road. If you come to the A Wing and head up to the third floor, you’ll find us at 302A. It’s a well-known spot in Bangalore North. We’ve been working from this office for a while now. DRA Real Properties is just a small group of us handling various real estate matters. The building is older but it has a lot of character. We don't have those fancy modern glass walls or anything. It's just a functional space where we can sit down and go through property papers. Queens Road can be quite a challenge with the traffic, but being centrally located helps us get around to different sites quickly. We spend a lot of our time visiting buildings and checking on land. It’s not all sitting at desks. We talk to a lot of owners and buyers every week. We don't go for the corporate vibe. We prefer to just have a normal conversation about what people need and what the market is doing. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s good exercise. We keep our notes on paper as much as on the computer because it feels more reliable sometimes. We’re just here to do the work and help people find what they’re looking for in this part of the city. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
