Dough Mate Baking is located at B - 102 on the first floor of Sriram Suhaana. We are right by Nagenahalli Cross in Yelahanka. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a good spot for our baking work. We spend our mornings mixing dough and waiting for things to rise. Baking takes a lot of patience, and some days are better than others. Sometimes the bread doesn't turn out exactly how we wanted, so we start over. We are a small team and we do everything ourselves. From cleaning the flour off the counters to packing the bags, it's all us. We don't have a big corporate office or a PR team. We just focus on the ovens. Yelahanka is growing fast, and we see new faces all the time. We try to keep things grounded and local. We use regular ingredients that you’d find in any good kitchen. There’s nothing hidden about how we work. It’s just flour, water, yeast, and a lot of time. We often have flour on our clothes by the end of the day. It’s hard work and the hours are early, but we enjoy the process. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make some decent bread and cakes for the neighborhood. If the oven is hot and the dough is rising, we are usually happy.
