Dolce Dezerts Llp

We are located on Shankarmutt Road in Shankarapuram, right in the Basavanagudi area. Our shop is at No. 11. It’s an old part of Bangalore with a lot of character. Dolce Dezerts is where we spend all our time baking and making sweets. We aren't a large commercial bakery with machines doing all the work. Most of what we do is by hand. The smell of sugar and flour is always around our place. We started this because we liked making desserts for our friends and family. Now it's a full-time job for us. The space is a bit small, and it gets hot when the ovens are on, but we don't mind it. We get our milk and butter from local suppliers every morning. Our staff is just a couple of people who really know their way around a kitchen. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make desserts and hope people like them. Sometimes we run out of things early in the day, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s not a perfect system, but it’s how we work. We like being part of the Shankarapuram community. People often stop by just to say hello while they’re out on a walk. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We just keep the trays moving and the flour dusting the counters.
