Our place is located at No. 447 on 17th Cross in HSR Layout, Sector 4. It’s a pretty active part of Bangalore with lots of startups around. Dn Foods and Beverages is our small contribution to the area. We’ve been working from this spot for a bit now. We mostly focus on getting our drinks and snacks right for the customers. The kitchen area is where we spend most of our hours. It’s not a very big space, but we’ve organized it to fit everything we need. HSR Layout has a lot of people who like to eat out, so we have to be on our toes. We don’t have a fancy marketing plan or anything. We just make sure the stock is fresh and the orders are filled correctly. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting outside and things get a bit hectic in the afternoon. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere among the staff. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have to travel far in the city traffic. We buy our ingredients from the local vendors whenever we can. It’s a straightforward business model. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one for our regulars. We deal with the daily struggles of running a small food business, like power cuts or late deliveries, but we keep going. It’s just how we do things here.
