Divo Builders & Developers Llp is located right on Sultanpet Main Road. We are up on the 4th floor of the Golden Aster Unnati Complex, specifically in Shop No.2 at number 98. It is a busy part of the city, and getting up to the fourth floor can be a bit of a climb if the lift is slow, but we like the view from up there. We handle various building and development tasks from this office. Since we are an LLP, it’s a partnership where we all pitch in. The complex is pretty well-known around here, so most people don't have a hard time finding us once they get to Sultanpet. It gets noisy outside with all the traffic on the main road, but inside the office, we just get on with our drawings and phone calls. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the world. We just want to do decent work on the projects we take on. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when we have several sites going at once. We’ve been at this for a while and the Golden Aster building has become a second home to us. It is just a regular office space where we manage the day-to-day operations of the construction business. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the local building rules. It's just a few of us here most days working through the plans.
