It’s a nice area to work in, fairly quiet compared to the rest of the city. We handle different kinds of infrastructure projects. It keeps us on our toes. The office is small but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. We aren't the type of people who like big corporate meetings. We’d rather be out seeing how the work is progressing. Every project has its own set of problems, and we just try to solve them as they come up. It's not always easy. Sometimes things get delayed or costs go up, and we have to figure it out on the fly. We’ve been at this for a while now. We know the streets around Sadashiva Nagar pretty well. Most of the people working here live nearby too. It makes things easier for everyone. We don't put out fancy brochures. We just show what we’ve done and let people decide. It’s practical work for practical people. The coffee in the office is usually cold because we're too busy to drink it, but that's fine. We enjoy the challenge of building something that actually lasts. It feels good to see a project finished and know it was done right.
