We started this business recently at Keerthi Royal Palm in Electronic City. It’s a busy area and we wanted to do something with food and drinks. Being in Konappana Agrahara keeps us quite busy most days. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen or checking on our supplies. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular place where we try to get the work done. The team is small. We mostly just focus on what needs to be cooked or bottled for the day. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when many orders come at once, but that's just how it is. We deal with local vendors for most of our stuff. Living and working in the same neighborhood makes things easier for us. We are right there at B 305. People often drop by or call to see what we have ready. It’s not some big corporate office, just a small operation running out of a residential block. We try to keep things simple and honest. We mostly worry about the freshness of the ingredients we get each morning. We also have to manage the paperwork ourselves, which isn't our favorite part but it has to be done for the LLP. Electronic City has a lot of people looking for food, so we keep ourselves occupied. It's hard work, but we like being part of the local scene here. Every day is a bit different, and we just handle things as they come.
