We operate Di-Fabri India Private Limited out of a spot near KRV House. Specifically, we are on 1st Cross, Om Shakathi Street in the Tamil Colony area of Hiriyur. Being in Chitradurga district, it’s a bit different from the big cities like Bangalore. The pace here is a bit slower, which we don't mind. Our place is tucked away on a side street. We focus on the fabrication side of things. It’s a lot of technical work with the materials we use. We have a small group of workers who know their way around the machinery. The building isn't anything special to look at. Inside, it's just full of tools and materials. It gets quite hot in Hiriyur, so we try to get most of the heavy work done in the mornings. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the fabric and making sure it’s done right. Sometimes we have issues with getting supplies delivered all the way out here. We just have to plan ahead a bit more. Most of the people in the colony know us. We’ve been part of this community for a while. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We’re just a local business doing our thing with textiles and fabrics. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We just take it one day at a time. The neighbors often see us unloading trucks or moving stuff around the yard. It's a simple life, but it's ours.
