Dhc Buildworks (Opc) Private Limited is our name, and you can find us at No.29, 1 A Cross. We are located in the 2nd Main of Cambridge Layout Extension, right in the Ulsoor area of Bangalore. It is a nice enough spot, though parking can be a real pain sometimes. We have been working out of this Bangalore-560008 address for a while now. Since it is an OPC, it is a bit of a smaller operation, which means things are handled quite directly. We don’t have a floor full of receptionists or a bunch of executives in suits. It is mostly just getting the building work done and making sure the supplies arrive where they are supposed to go. Ulsoor is a central place, so it makes getting to different parts of the city easier, even with the usual Bangalore traffic jams. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites checking on progress. Building things takes time and a lot of patience, and we have learned that the hard way over the years. We don't have a mission statement or anything fancy like that written on the walls. We just aim to finish the projects we start without too many hiccups. If you come by the office in Cambridge Layout, you will see we are just regular people working on construction projects. It is steady work and it keeps us occupied from morning until late evening most days.
