Our office is on the 2nd floor of No 157, right on 9th Main Road in the 3rd Block. This part of Bangalore South is always moving. We’ve been set up here for some time now, focusing on property holdings. It’s a straightforward operation at Dhariwal Properties. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of filing cabinets. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep, so we usually warn people before they come over. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at documents. Real estate involves a lot more reading than people think. We deal with various properties across the south side of the city. We aren't into big, flashy advertising. Usually, people find us because they’re looking for something specific in this neighborhood. We try to be as helpful as possible without making things complicated. If we don’t know something, we’ll go find out. There’s no point in guessing when it comes to property. The 9th Main Road gets pretty busy, especially in the afternoons, so we hear the city outside all day long. It’s a good spot to be in if you want to stay connected to what's happening. We just do our work, keep our records straight, and help out the people who walk through our door or give us a call. It's a simple way to run a business but it works for us.
