Our office is located at No.79 in Jogupalya, right on the 2nd Main. It is part of that Suddguntalpalyabyrasandra Dakhalae area, near CV Raman Nagar Post in Bangalore. It is a mouthful of a name for a neighborhood, we know. Dharitri Builder Private Limited is a small team working on building projects around this side of the city. Bangalore is growing so fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand for decent construction. We are not a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just local builders who know the streets and the soil here. The traffic around CV Raman Nagar can be a real headache, but being right here in Jogupalya makes it easier for us to get to our sites. Most of our day is spent dealing with contractors, checking on cement deliveries, and making sure the plans are being followed. We do not have a fancy showroom. We just have our office where the files are kept and the coffee is always on. It is hard work, and things do not always go perfectly, but we stay until the job is done.
