Dharini Prop Consultants Llp is situated at No.89 in a building called Gurukrupa. We are on the 2nd Main in Maithri Extension, which is very close to the Hope Farm Circle in Whitefield. Most people know how hectic the traffic can be around the circle, so being a little bit away in the extension is quite nice for us. The office is just a regular room in the building where we handle all our property consulting work. We usually arrive in the morning and spend a good deal of time on our phones or checking out maps of the surrounding neighborhoods. Whitefield has grown so much that there is always something new happening nearby. Gurukrupa is a simple building, and our space inside is functional without any extra decorations. We do not really go for the corporate look because we prefer just being approachable to anyone who walks in from the street. There is a small tea stall nearby where we usually go for breaks. Dealing with property in this part of Bangalore involves a lot of patience, especially when you are traveling between different plots or apartments. We just keep our files in order and try to give people the right information when they ask. It is a busy life, but we like the Maithri Extension area and the people who live and work around here.
