DF SILVERLINE CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

You can find us right in the middle of everything at Barton Centre on M G Road. Being at Number 201 puts us right in the heart of Bangalore. It’s a busy building, and the elevators are always full of people going to different offices. We’ve been here for some time now, handling the construction side of things for DF Silverline. It’s a bit different from being out on a dusty site, as we’re mostly dealing with the admin and the planning from this floor. Looking out the window, you see the constant flow of traffic on MG Road, which never seems to stop. We have a lot of meetings in this office, mostly with architects or people looking to start a new project. The space is filled with files and some old blueprints that we still haven't cleared out. It feels like a real working office, with the sound of printers and people talking about timelines. Getting to work can be a bit of a struggle with the Bangalore traffic, but once we’re inside, we just get to it. We don't really bother with any of that corporate talk; we just focus on the actual building work that needs to get done. It’s a practical place for us. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, and the view of the city lights is actually quite nice. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this office over the years. We keep a pot of coffee going most of the day.
