Devanaga Silks Private Limited

Our business, Devanaga Silks, is located on the 4th floor of the Gangothri Venture building in Balaji Layout. We are in Flat No. 303. This is in Gollahalli, which is part of the Electronic City area. It might seem a bit odd to have a silk business in an apartment building, but it works well for us. We use the space to manage our orders and keep our most important stock. When you walk in, you will see piles of silk fabrics in all sorts of colors. It is a very hands-on job. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the silk and making sure the colors are exactly right. The flat is a bit crowded with all the material, but we managed to fit a couple of desks in there for the paperwork. The view from the 4th floor is actually quite nice, and it is usually a bit breezy up here. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers since we are in a residential layout, but we are always busy with the orders that come in. Most of our day is spent talking to the weavers or arranging for deliveries. It is a small family-run feel even though we are a private limited company. We just enjoy working with such beautiful fabrics every day and keep the operation going smoothly. It can get a bit hectic when new shipments arrive but we manage.
