Our office for Desirin Projects Private Limited is located at No 31/1 on 3rd Cross in Gayathri Nagar. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood, a bit crowded and full of life. We’ve been working from this spot for some time, handling various project management and construction tasks. We aren't a massive corporation with floors of office space. Instead, we’re just a small team working out of a modest building. Most days are spent on the phone or out at sites, checking on progress and making sure things are moving along. The streets around Gayathri Nagar can get a bit tight, especially during the busy hours, but we like being in the heart of the city. We do a mix of different things, from renovations to larger building projects. It’s not always smooth sailing; there are always issues with labor or materials that we have to sort out. But that’s the nature of the construction business in Karnataka. We don't go in for big sales pitches or glossy brochures. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the job done. We’ve built up a bit of a name just by staying in one place and doing the work year after year. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. We're just a bunch of regular people trying to build things right in our neighborhood.
