Designmindz D&B Llp

Our office for Designmindz D&B Llp is at 940, 16th Cross. We are in the 1st Stage of Chandra Layout, specifically the 1st Phase. It’s a solid part of town with a lot of houses and small businesses mixed together. Being a design and build outfit, you’ll usually find some blueprints or material samples lying around on the tables. It’s not a showroom, just a place where we do the planning and the paperwork. The 16th Cross can get a bit crowded with parked cars, so coming by bike is usually easier. We’ve got a few desks and a big table in the middle for meetings. Most of our time is spent either here or out at various sites checking on how things are going. When we are in the office, it’s mostly about coordinating with suppliers and making sure the drawings are right. It’s a practical workspace, not meant for showing off. We drink a lot of chai from the local vendor who comes around in the afternoon. There’s a bit of a rhythm to the day here, starting slow and then getting quite fast-paced after lunch. We don't use much jargon; we just talk about what needs to be built and how much it’s going to cost. It’s a straightforward way to run a business in Chandra Layout. We like being in this part of the city. There is always something interesting happening on the street outside while we work on our plans.
