We are located at No. 09 on 9th Cross in J P Nagar, 1st Phase. It's a decent area, and we've been here for a while. The office is pretty basic, just what we need to run Dasham Estates. Most days, we’re out and about looking at different plots or houses. When we are in, it’s usually to catch up on paperwork or take calls from people looking to move into the area. J P Nagar has changed a lot since we started. There are so many new apartments and shops popping up everywhere. We try to keep track of it all so we can give people honest info. We don't use any of those fancy marketing tricks. We just tell it like it is. If a place has issues, we say so. It’s easier than dealing with problems later on. Sometimes the 9th Cross gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s just life in this part of town. We’re just a small group of people who know the local property market. We do a lot of walking, checking out the boundaries of different estates. It’s tiring but necessary. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, focusing on what’s happening in our own backyard. We find that people appreciate the directness. It saves everyone a lot of time in the long run. There's always someone coming by to ask about the latest property rates.
