Our office is at Plot No. 110, Keonics, just behind the fire station in Electronic City Phase 1. Being near the fire station makes it easy for people to find us. Dalal And Patel Developers Llp is a small operation. We focus on developing different plots and projects in this part of Bangalore. It’s a very tech-heavy area, but what we do is much more hands-on. We spend our time looking at soil, checking water lines, and talking to contractors. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of those modern office perks. It’s just a place where we sit down and look at maps and budgets. Developing land is a slow process and there are always hurdles. We don’t try to sugarcoat it for anyone. If a project is going to take another six months because of the weather or permits, we just say so. People seem to appreciate that honesty. We aren't big on marketing. We mostly get our work through people we’ve worked with before. It’s a local business run by people who live nearby. We’ve seen Electronic City grow from nothing into what it is today. We’re just a small part of that growth. Every day is a bit different, but it usually involves a lot of coffee and a lot of phone calls to get things moving.
