Dakshina Ruchi Private Limited is based in Marathahalli. We are at H. No. 30 on the 1st Main Cross in Anand Nagar. If you know the Marathahalli area, you know how much traffic there is. We are tucked away in a smaller street, so it’s a bit quieter than the main road. Our company name is Dakshina Ruchi. We mostly do traditional food things. It’s not a big fancy office with a receptionist. It’s more of a kitchen and a workspace. We have a few big pots and some stoves. The walls are a bit stained from the cooking, but we keep the place clean where it matters. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The 1st Main Cross is quite narrow. We have to be careful when the delivery trucks come. We spend our days preparing ingredients and cooking. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't use many computers. We just have our notebooks and the orders. The heat in the kitchen can be quite a lot during the summer months. We just drink plenty of water and keep going. Dakshina Ruchi is just a group of us who know how to cook. We don't have any big marketing plans. We just focus on the food we make every day. It’s a steady job in a busy part of Bangalore.
