This part of Bangalore has really changed over the last few years, but Jakkur still has that local village feel in some spots. Our office is a straightforward place where we manage our infra projects. It is a one-person company setup, so things are pretty direct here. There isn't a big chain of command to deal with. If something needs a decision, it happens right then and there. The office is usually filled with project folders and site maps. Being in U.A.S Layout means we are out of the main city chaos, which helps when we need to focus on technical details or budget sheets. Sometimes the cows from the nearby village areas wander past, which is a nice reminder of how the area used to be. We handle everything from initial planning to the final checks. It’s a lot of work for a small operation, but we prefer it that way because we know exactly what is happening with every project. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. People mostly hear about us through word of mouth or by seeing our work out in the field. It is just about showing up and doing the job as best as we can every single day.
