DAATHA BUILDERS LLP

You can find us over at Kanakapura Road. Our office is in a place called Brewery House, which is right around the 7th mile marker. It’s a bit of a drive out depending on where you're coming from in Bangalore, but it’s a good location for us. We’ve been operating DAATHA BUILDERS from here for a while now. The building has a bit of character to it. It’s not like those glass towers you see in the middle of the city. We prefer it this way. Inside, it’s just a normal workplace. We’ve got some desks, some maps of the area, and lots of folders. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office is mostly for the admin side of things. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just local builders. We know the Kanakapura Road stretch quite well. It’s changed so much in the last few years with all the new apartments and shops. We just focus on our own projects and try to stay on schedule, though with Bangalore traffic and the weather, it’s not always easy. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. It’s a straightforward business. We do what we say we’re going to do without any extra fluff. If you pass by the 7th mile, you'll see where we are. It's a simple setup and we plan to keep it that way for the future. No complicated talk, just building houses.
