D Viswa Karunasagara Dharma Foundation is located over in Vaderahalli, which is up in Bangalore North. Our address is No 49, part of the Ravish Garden layout on SY NO 39. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the city center, but it’s quieter out this way which helps with the work. The building isn’t anything special to look at, just a regular place where we keep our things and handle the daily chores. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The garden layout is still developing, so sometimes there is construction noise nearby, but we don't mind it much. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of folders. We don't have a receptionist or fancy rugs. It’s just the team sitting together and trying to figure out the schedule. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. Bangalore North has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, with more buildings popping up every month. We try to keep things simple here. No one wears a suit unless they really have to for some official meeting. Most days we are just in our regular clothes, dealing with whatever comes across the desk. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to change the world overnight; we just do what needs doing from our little office in Vaderahalli. It stays pretty busy, but we manage.
