You can find us on the 3rd floor of GS Tower, which is at No 1 in Ramamurthy Nagar, Dodda Banaswadi. We’re right across from the New Baldwin School, so it gets pretty loud when the kids are getting out for the day. CTH BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call our company. We’ve been in this office for a while now, and it’s where all the main work gets sorted out. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but the view of the street is okay. We deal with building and developing different kinds of properties around this part of Bangalore. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and making sure we have all the right materials. Sometimes we’re short-staffed and everyone has to pitch in on things they don't usually do. It’s a bit messy at times, but we get through the pile of work eventually. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our sign when they’re dropping their kids off at school. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just do honest work. Construction is tough and there are always delays you can't help, like the weather or transport issues. We just deal with those things as they come up and keep moving forward.
