We are located out at Site No. 4-6 in the Vishnodevi Industrial Estate. This is Phase 3, right on the 3rd Cross in Kumbalagodu Village on the outskirts of Bengaluru. Being in an industrial estate means it is always a bit noisy with trucks moving in and out and machines running nearby. Our space is more like a workshop or a warehouse than a fancy city office. It’s dusty and busy, but that is how we like it because it means work is getting done. We focus on agri solutions, so there is always some kind of equipment or supply being moved around the floor. The village is just a stone's throw away, so we get a mix of that industrial feel and the rural life. The staff usually brings lunch from home, and we sit around in the shade when we can find it. It isn't a place for suits and ties. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. Most of the time, we are busy figuring out how to fix a problem for a client or checking the inventory of what we have on the shelves. The roads around Phase 3 can be a bit bumpy, but you get used to it. It’s an honest place to work, and we just focus on the day-to-day tasks that come our way. We’ve been in this site for a while now and know the neighbors pretty well. It’s a very practical setting for us.
