Crixus Communications Private Limited is up on the 4th floor of Plot No 6, located at 4th A Cross in B Channasandra. We are in the Benniganahalli area of Bengaluru, zip code 560043. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding rooftops, though it’s mostly just other buildings and power lines. The office itself is pretty plain. We have the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and a small pantry where we make tea. It’s not a designer space by any means. We are just a group of people who come here every day to handle communications work. The 4th A Cross can be a bit narrow, so finding a spot for a bike or car sometimes takes a minute. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. You just come up the stairs and we are there. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with long meetings or mission statements. Usually, we just talk about what needs to be finished over a cup of coffee and then get to it. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Channasandra is a busy spot, and we feel like we are right in the thick of things. We just keep it honest and direct with each other. There isn't any polished language here, just regular talk and getting things done as they come up.
