Crafective Private Limited

We are on the 2nd floor of Janaki Nilaya, located at #10/2 on 13th Cross in Cubbonpete. This is right in the heart of Bangalore, 560002. Crafective Private Limited is the name of our small company. Being in Cubbonpete means we are right in the middle of a very old and busy part of the city. The streets are narrow and always full of life. Our office is not very large, but it is enough for what we do. We have got our desks and a small corner for tea. The building, Janaki Nilaya, has a lot of character, even if it is a bit older. We do not have any corporate polish here. It is a lot of hard work and long days. Sometimes the noise from the 13th Cross can be a bit much, but it is part of the charm of working in this area. We do not have a big team or fancy titles. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It is a practical setup and we have made it work for us over time. The 2nd floor gives us a little distance from the street level, which helps with the noise. We do not have any formal mission statements posted on the walls. We just focus on getting through the workload and keeping things moving forward. It is an honest way to run things.
