COTTON BRIDGE PRIVATE LIMITED

Our shop, Cotton Bridge Private Limited, is at No. 141, located on 5th Cross in the Aravindanagar 2nd Stage area of Mysore. It’s a nice enough spot in 570023, tucked away in a part of town that feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. We deal with cotton, mostly, and that means our space is usually full of lint and rolls of white and colored fabric. We’ve been here for some time now, and the locals know us as the place with all the cloth. We don’t do much in the way of advertising; most of our work comes from people who just know we’re here. The building is simple, and we spend a lot of time just moving stuff around to make room for new arrivals. It’s a lot of physical work, packing up bundles and loading them onto the small trucks that can fit through the crosses. Sometimes we have to work late when a big order is due, and the street gets real quiet at night. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The people working here have been with us for a while, so we all know the routine. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come in, you’ll just find one of us cutting fabric or checking the inventory lists. It’s a basic operation but it’s ours, and we like being part of the Mysore textile scene without making a big fuss about it.
