Our office is sitting at No 445, 16th Cross, right in the BEML Layout on 8th Main. It's a solid part of Bangalore, 560059 to be exact. Cosign Realty Services Private Limited is what we call the business. We are a small crew. Most of the time, we’re just sitting here looking at property maps or catching up on local real estate news. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We like to take things as they come. The 16th Cross can get a bit crowded with parked cars, but we manage. We’ve got a couple of desks and a coffee machine that’s seen better days. That’s pretty much the whole setup. We spend our hours helping people figure out where they want to live or invest. It’s practical work. We don't go for the big sales pitches. Usually, we just tell people what we know about the neighborhood and let them decide. It's been a few years since we started up here. The BEML Layout is a good home base for us. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. When someone walks in, they usually just want some honest info about a house or a plot. We do our best to give them that. It’s just a normal job for us. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the lights on and doing the work.
