Cornerbrick Value Homes Llp has its main office at F503 in the Siri Embassy Apartments. That is at number 30 and 31 on the 1st Main Road in Vittala Nagara, which is part of the 2nd Stage of Kumaraswamy Layout. It’s a bit unusual to be in an apartment building, but it works well for us. It feels more personal, like we are actually part of the residential community we are building for. We focus on value homes, which basically means we try to keep things sensible and functional. The office is usually cluttered with site reports and drawings. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and checking on the progress of our various building sites. Kumaraswamy Layout is a nice, established area, and we enjoy working here. Our team is pretty small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking accounts. We don't use big words or try to impress people with fancy talk. We just show them what we are building and tell them how much it costs. Construction is a lot of work, and there are always hurdles like bad weather or material shortages that slow things down. We just take it one day at a time.
