Our office is located at No. 34 on the ground floor. We are in the 1st Block of Kumarapark West, right on the 5th Cross. It is a relatively quiet street, which is nice when you are trying to concentrate on complicated infrastructure plans. Copper Smith Infra And Holdings Privatelimited is the name on our license, but we keep things very informal around here. The ground floor space is convenient because we are always moving equipment and large rolls of paper in and out. Kumarapark is a good neighborhood with a lot of old trees and people who have lived here for decades. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group that knows how to handle building and holding properties. The office usually smells a bit like old paper and coffee. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy emails for us. If you call, you just get one of us on the line. We spend a lot of time arguing over the best way to lay out a site or how to deal with a difficult piece of land. It is not always glamorous work, and there is a lot of sitting around waiting for permits, but we enjoy the challenge. We’ve been at this 5th Cross location for a while now and have become part of the daily life of the block. It suits us just fine.
